How is this stain remover different from others on the market?
Enjay^TM PET Bio-Stain Remover works of a different principle ~ biological action. When the product is applied, the particles in the stain are literally digested at a microscopic level. It is a similar principle to adding organisms to break down composting material.

Why is there no dye added to this product?
Adding dye to a stain remover can cause further problems, especially for light coloured surfaces. We do not add dye to any of our products. Although 'colourful' products tend to look more attractive to consumers, we keep our products as environmentally sound as possible.

Why is there no perfume added?
Because the stain is 'digested', there is no need to try to mask or cover-up the problem. As the product works, it eliminates the stain and the odour.

What types of stains does the Enjay^TM PET Bio-Stain Remover work on?
Organic stains such as urine, vomit, feces, blood, etc.

Will it work in every organic stain?
Due to the biological nature of the product, stains previously treated with harsh cleansers may decrease the overall efficacy.

How do I use it?
Rid the solid materials first for best results. For example if your pet has vomited, clean up what you can and spray the product directly onto the remaining debris. The instructions on the label are very easy to follow; there is no rinsing, no diluting, no mixing and no measuring.

What types of surfaces can the Bio-Stain Remover work on?
Any inanimate surface is acceptable such as carpeting, hardwood, concrete, metal, plastic, fabric, upholstery, tile, linoleum, etc.

How is it my pet finds the same spot to urinate even though I've cleaned my carpets with other stain removal products?
Animals have a much more acute sense of smell than humans do. Although we may not be able to detect an odour and think the area is clean, chances are your pet can detect the odour and return to the same area. The Bio-Stain Remover digests the offending material, in this case urine, even if it has gone through the under-padding and into the floorboards.

Will cleaning the carpets make my pet stop urinating there?
Inappropriate urination occurs for many reasons. Consult your veterinarian.
